We strive to answer all your emails within 24hours, please allow us a little more time over the weekend.
+ What’s your product refund policy?
We want our customers to be 100% happy with our products as it is on our hearts to help artists to create. If you’re not happy with the product, we refund you the full amount of your purchase.
+ How do I get a refund?

+ When I try to download my files, the link stops half way through or the download fails completely.
This happens sometimes, just shoot us an email and we’ll send you your product via WeTransfer.
+ I got a new computer/iPad and lost all my old files, do I need to purchase the product again?
There’s no need for you to purchase this product again, feel free to reach out to us and we’ll send you a new download link.
+ What happens if I don’t receive a download link?
This happens sometimes and is mostly due to a spelling mistake in your email address. Just email us and tell us the name you used to fulfil the order and we’ll get it fixed for you.
+ Am I free to use your products for commercial use?
As you will be creating your own designs with our Grid and Letter Builder, you are free to use them for commercial use.
