+ If I'm not able to attend the workshop for health or other reasons, am I able to get a refund?

Unfortunately we're not able to offer refunds. A lot of effort goes into each workshop and we purchased supplies for the number of tickets sold. In the event you have someone who would like to take the workshop in your place, let us know at least 48 hours before workshop start and we will happily honor them taking the class in your place.

+ What happens if a workshop is cancelled?

Although rare, a workshop may be cancelled or rescheduled if it doesn't meet the minimum registration or if there is an instructor emergency. In this event you will be contacted as soon as this decision has been made and we will refund 100% of all paid tickets. We will also notify you as soon as we get it rescheduled.

+ Do you offer group discounts?

Don't want to come alone, gift the workshop or bring your lettering club to the workshop? Send us an email with subject group discount to workshops@stefankunz.com

+ Will there be lunch provided?

Please check if you have lunch included in the details of your specific workshop on Eventbrite. We are not always able to provide lunch. But we will always make sure you have enough time to get something to eat close by.

+ Will there be time to talk to Stefan in person?

Yes! I would love to get to know you in person. Let's take a selfie together.

+ Can I connect to other workshop attendes prior to the event?

Yes. Before every workshop I create a WhatsApp Group with all memebers. This has been a good way to get to know each other and make new friends.
